Sec. 3. (a) The governor shall appoint the chair of the board, who shall serve for a one (1) year term or until the governor appoints a successor. (b) The board shall elect a vice chair, secretary, and treasurer for a term of two (2) years each. As added by P.L.167-2011, SEC.1.
