Sec. 3. The office of the attorney general may revoke the certification of a program participant if mail forwarded by the office of the attorney general to the program participant’s address is returned as undeliverable. As added by P.L.273-2001, SEC.3.
Sec. 4. The office of the attorney general shall revoke the certification of a program participant who has applied to the address confidentiality program using false information. As added by P.L.273-2001, SEC.3.
