7.1-4-4.1-0.3. Application of Certain Fees

Sec. 0.3. A fee imposed under this chapter, as added by P.L.204-2001, applies only to permit applications filed after June 30, 2001. The initial advance cost fee under section 6 of this chapter, as added by P.L.204-2001, is the advance cost fee in effect on June 30, 2001. As added by P.L.220-2011, SEC.175.
