Sec. 0.5. As used in this chapter, “civic event vehicle” means a vehicle that, in any past registration year: (1) was operated in conjunction with a civic event; and (2) legally displayed a supplemental civic event license plate for the civic event. As added by P.L.64-2017, SEC.2.
