Sec. 0.5. (a) The bureau may not issue a chauffeur’s license after December 31, 2016. (b) Notwithstanding subsection (a), a chauffeur’s license issued before January 1, 2017, remains valid, unless otherwise suspended or revoked, until the expiration date printed on the chauffeur’s license. Sec. 7. (a) The bureau may impose an additional fee of twenty-five dollars ($25) if the bureau processes a credential application under this chapter in a period of time that is shorter than the normal processing period.
