CHAPTER 4. PEACE BONDS Art. 26. Power to order peace bonds A magistrate may order a peace bond in conformity with the provisions of this Chapter.

Application for peace bond; examination An applicant for a peace bond shall file an affidavit charging that the defendant has threatened or is about to commit a specified breach of the peace.
