§37:1310.12. Rulemaking

RS 37:1310.12 – Rulemaking The Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners shall adopt rules and regulations for the administration of this Part as are necessary for the adequate protection of the health and welfare of the citizens of this state. Acts 2022, No. 757, §1.
