§6751. Joinder of plaintiffs Persons claiming as tenants in common or joint tenants may all, or any 2 or more, join in an action for recovery of lands, or one may sue alone.

§6752. Guardians for minors In such case, if any heir is a minor, the court shall order notice to the guardian, and may appoint a guardian ad litem, if necessary, and direct all necessary amendments in the forms of proceeding.
