§6901. Proof of seizin The plaintiff need not prove an actual entry under his title; but proof that he is entitled to an estate in the premises and that he has a right of entry therein is sufficient proof of his seizin.  

14 §6902. Degree of proof to recover

§6902. Degree of proof to recover If the plaintiff proves that he is entitled to an estate in the premises and had a right of entry therein when he commenced his action, he shall recover the premises, unless the defendant proves a better title in himself.
