32 §1752. Penalties

§1752. Penalties Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate this chapter, or shall neglect or refuse to comply with the provisions thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100 for the first offense, and by a fine of not more than $200 for each subsequent offense.
