Section 10-201 – Established

    There is a State Board of Law Examiners.

Section 10-202 – Membership; Quorum

    (a)    (1)    The Board consists of 7 members.         (2)    Each member shall be a lawyer.         (3)    The Court of Appeals shall appoint the members of the Board.     (b)    Each member of the Board shall have been a lawyer for at least 5 years.     (c)    (1)    The term of a member is 5 years and begins on January 1.         (2)    The terms of members […]

Section 10-203 – Disposition of Money

    The Board shall pay all money collected under this title into the General Fund of the State.
