Except as otherwise provided in this title, a person may not perform, attempt to perform, or offer to perform the functions of a stationary engineer in the State unless licensed by the Board in the appropriate grade to provide such services.
A person may not: (1) use or attempt to use the license of another individual; or (2) impersonate another individual who holds a license.
(a) A person may not allow an individual to provide services as a stationary engineer if the individual does not hold an appropriate license issued by the Board. (b) A person may not allow an individual to provide services as a stationary engineer outside the scope of that individual’s license grade.
