Section 17-1903 – License Required

    Whenever a person sells goods or offers goods for sale through a vending machine in the State, the person must have a vending machine license that covers that machine.

Section 17-1905 – Identification of Vending Machines

Section 17-1906 – Selling Through Vending Machine Without License

    (a)    A person may not sell goods or offer goods for sale through a vending machine in the State unless the person has a vending machine license that covers that machine.     (b)    A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine not exceeding $100.

Section 17-1907 – Removing or Tampering With Seal

    (a)    An unauthorized person may not remove or tamper with a seal on a vending machine.     (b)    A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine not exceeding $100.
