Section 17-701 – “Wholesale Farm Machinery Dealer’s License” Defined

    In this subtitle, “wholesale farm machinery dealer’s license” means a license issued by the clerk to sell farm machinery at wholesale.

Section 17-702 – License Required

    A person must have a wholesale farm machinery dealer’s license whenever the person sells farm machinery at wholesale in the State.

Section 17-703 – License Fees

    An applicant for a wholesale farm machinery dealer’s license shall pay to the clerk a license fee of:         (1)    $50 for a business in a municipal corporation with a population of not more than 10,000;         (2)    $100 for a business in a municipal corporation with a population of 10,001 to 50,000; or         (3)    $200 for a business in […]
