(a) (1) This subtitle may not be deemed to limit rights or remedies available to a consumer under any other law or contract. (2) A consumer’s rights under this subtitle may not be limited by the provisions of Title 2A of the Uniform Commercial Code. (b) Any waiver by a consumer of rights under this subtitle is void.
(a) A violation of this subtitle shall be an unfair or deceptive trade practice under Title 13 of this article. (b) In addition to pursuing any other remedy, a consumer may bring an action to recover for any damages caused by a violation of this subtitle.
