Section 13-2401 – “County Commissioners” Defined
In this subtitle, “county commissioners” means the Board of County Commissioners of Washington County.

This subtitle applies only in Washington County.
Section 13-2403 – Application of Subtitle 2
Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, Subtitle 2 of this title applies in Washington County.
