    // EFFECTIVE UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2024 PER CHAPTERS 462 AND 463 OF 2018 //     (a)    There is a Senior Prescription Drug Assistance Program.     (b)    The purpose of the Program is to provide Medicare Part D beneficiaries, who meet Program eligibility requirements, with a State subsidy.     (c)    The Department shall administer the Program.
