Section 4-401 – Concealment of Records and Reports

Section 4-402 – Recording Admission of Veterans

    On admission of a patient, a hospital, related institution, or mental health outpatient clinic shall record on the medical record whether the patient is a veteran of the United States armed forces.

Section 4-403 – Destruction of Medical Records
