(a) From among its voting members, the Board annually shall elect a chair. (b) From among its members, the Board shall appoint a secretary, a treasurer, and other officers.
A member of the Board: (1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Board; but (2) is entitled to reimbursement for necessary expenses incurred in connection with service on the Board as provided in the budget of the Corporation.
(a) The Board shall meet at least 4 times a year. (b) Except as provided in § 3–305 of the General Provisions Article, a meeting of the Board shall be open to the public.
