Section 9-501 – Definitions

    (a)    In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.     (b)    “Board” means the Juvenile Services Education Board.     (c)    “Residential facility” means any facility listed in § 9–226 of this title.     (d)    “Superintendent” means the Juvenile Services Education Program Superintendent.
