Section 11-605 – List of Incentive Programs for Hiring and Retraining

    (a)    The Department shall develop a list of any federal or State incentive programs available to an employer who hires and trains formerly incarcerated individuals.     (b)    The Department shall make the list accessible on the main page of the Department’s website.
