338.3704 Rules. Sec. 4. Except as otherwise provided by law, an occupational regulatory agency may promulgate rules or amend existing rules under the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328, to implement this act. History: 2005, Act 70, Eff. July 1, 2007
