As used in NRS 225.200 to 225.270, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 225.210 and 225.220 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 2003, 2258; A 2013, 55)
“Advisory Committee” means the Advisory Committee on Participatory Democracy created by NRS 225.240. (Added to NRS by 2003, 2258)
