NRS 233G.010 – “Council” defined.

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, “Council” means the Governor’s Advisory Council on Education Relating to the Holocaust. (Added to NRS by 1989, 2103)

NRS 233G.020 – Creation; number of members.

The Governor’s Advisory Council on Education Relating to the Holocaust, consisting of 11 members appointed by the Governor, is hereby created. (Added to NRS by 1989, 2103)
