NRS 269.011 – Applicability of NRS 269.016 to 269.022, inclusive, and 269.024 to 269.0248, inclusive.

The provisions of NRS 269.016 to 269.022, inclusive, and 269.024 to 269.0248, inclusive, apply to each unincorporated town in a county having a population of less than 100,000 which has not elected to accept the provisions of the Unincorporated Town Government Law.
