NRS 278.479 – “Contiguous” defined.

As used in NRS 278.479 to 278.4965, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “contiguous” means either abutting directly on the boundary or separated by a street, alley, public right-of-way, creek, river or the right-of-way of a railroad or other public service corporation.
