NRS 353B.001 – Definitions.

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 353B.002, 353B.003 and 353B.004 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 2001, 2159; A 2019, 3904)
