NRS 442.710 – Definitions.
As used in NRS 442.710 to 442.745, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 442.715 and 442.720 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 2017, 739)
NRS 442.715 – “Account” defined.
“Account” means the Account for Family Planning created by NRS 442.725. (Added to NRS by 2017, 739)
NRS 442.720 – “Director” defined.
