“Allied health profession” means: 1. Psychology as defined in chapter 641 of NRS; or 2. Oriental medicine or acupuncture as defined in chapter 634A of NRS. (Added to NRS by 1999, 190; A 2001, 1830)
“Purchasing group” means a cooperative organization of hospitals and other health care organizations that affiliate for the purpose of combining their purchasing power to secure a lower cost for their purchases of supplies, materials, equipment and services than would be available to the members of the purchasing group individually.
