As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 453C.030, 453C.040 and 453C.050 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 2015, 110)
1. “Health care professional” means a physician, a physician assistant or an advanced practice registered nurse. 2.
