The Board shall establish, by regulation, the type of devices other than hypodermic needles and syringes that must be sold in compliance with the provisions of NRS 454.480 to 454.530, inclusive. (Added to NRS by 1967, 1640; A 1977, 74; 1993, 1224)
It is unlawful for any person to have in his or her possession or under his or her control any hypodermic device unless the person has acquired possession of such device in accordance with the provisions of NRS 454.480 to 454.530, inclusive. (Added to NRS by 1967, 1640; A 1993, 1224)
Any person who obtains possession of any hypodermic device by a fraudulent representation, a forged or fictitious name, or in violation of the provisions of NRS 454.480 to 454.530, inclusive, is guilty of a gross misdemeanor. (Added to NRS by 1967, 1640; A 1981, 1967; 1993, 1224)
