NRS 606.010 – Definitions.
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the words defined in NRS 606.020 to 606.060, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 1997, 2345)
NRS 606.020 – “Business day” defined.
“Business day” has the meaning ascribed to it in 42 U.S.C. § 653a(g)(3). (Added to NRS by 1997, 2345)
NRS 606.030 – “Department” defined.
“Department” means the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation. (Added to NRS by 1997, 2345)
NRS 606.040 – “Division” defined.
“Division” means the Employment Security Division of the Department. (Added to NRS by 1997, 2345)
NRS 606.050 – “Employee” defined.
“Employee” has the meaning ascribed to it in 42 U.S.C. § 653a(a)(2)(A). (Added to NRS by 1997, 2345)
NRS 606.060 – “Employer” defined.
