NRS 606.010 – Definitions.
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the words defined in NRS 606.020 to 606.060, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 1997, 2345)

“Business day” has the meaning ascribed to it in 42 U.S.C. § 653a(g)(3). (Added to NRS by 1997, 2345)
“Department” means the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation. (Added to NRS by 1997, 2345)
