NRS 616B.563 – “Board” defined.

As used in NRS 616B.563 to 616B.581, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “Board” means the Board for the Administration of the Subsequent Injury Account for Associations of Self-Insured Public or Private Employers created pursuant to NRS 616B.569.
