NRS 695J.010 – Definitions.
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 695J.020 to 695J.070, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 2013, 3590)

“Appointment” means a contract, agreement or other arrangement under which a person may act on behalf of the Exchange as an assister, navigator or any other designation authorized or required by the Federal Act. (Added to NRS by 2013, 3590)
“Assister” has the meaning ascribed to it by regulations adopted by the Board of Directors of the Exchange pursuant to NRS 695I.370. (Added to NRS by 2013, 3590)
“Exchange” means the Silver State Health Insurance Exchange established by NRS 695I.200. (Added to NRS by 2013, 3590)
“Exchange enrollment facilitator” means a person certified pursuant to this chapter who is engaged in the business of facilitating enrollment in qualified health plans offered by the Exchange. (Added to NRS by 2013, 3590)
“Navigator” means a person or entity that meets the requirements of 45 C.F.R. § 155.210 and any other requirements of the Exchange. (Added to NRS by 2013, 3590)
“Qualified health plan” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 695I.080. (Added to NRS by 2013, 3590)
