§ 6351. Preservation of educational status and financial resources. A student on a military leave of absence from an institution of higher education shall be entitled, upon release from serving on active duty, to be restored to the educational status such student had attained prior to being called or ordered to such duty without loss […]
§ 6352. Option of refund or credit. An institution of higher education shall refund tuition or fees paid or credit the tuition and fees to the next period of enrollment after the student returns from a military leave of absence, at the option of the student.
§ 6353. Enforcement. Any violation of this article shall constitute an unfair educational practice pursuant to section three hundred thirteen of this chapter. Any student alleging a violation of this article may commence an administrative or judicial proceeding pursuant to section three hundred thirteen of this chapter.
§ 6354. Applicability. This article shall apply to all institutions of higher education and any business or trade school in the state.
