This article applies to the profession and practice of applied behavior analysis and to the use of the titles “licensed behavior analyst” and “certified behavior analyst assistant”. Only a person licensed, certified or exempt under this article shall practice applied behavior analysis. Only a person licensed or certified under this article shall use the titles “licensed behavior analyst” or “certified behavior analyst assistant.”
