140 – Definitions.

§ 140. Definitions. As used in this article: The term, “self-supporting improvements” shall mean any dock, pier, wharf, bathing beach or recreational facility and parking areas in connection therewith, established pursuant to this article from which revenues are obtained by the imposition and collection of rates, fees, tolls or admissions.
