§ 68-44 – Penalty for violation of G.S68-42.

68-44. Penalty for violation of G.S. 68-42. Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of G.S. 68-42 shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor. (1957, c. 1057, s. 2; 1993, c. 539, s. 541; 1994, Ex. Sess., c. 24, s. 14(c).)
