§ 1234. Construction

§ 1234. Construction Nothing in this compact shall be construed to authorize the establishment of interstate districts, authorities, or any other new governmental or quasi-governmental entity. (Added 1995, No. 37, § 1.)

§ 1235. Effective date—Article III

§ 1235. Effective date—Article III This compact shall become effective when a bill of the New Hampshire General Court that incorporates the compact becomes a law in New Hampshire and when it is approved by the U.S. Congress. (Added 1995, No. 37, § 1; amended 2019, No. 14, § 29, eff. April 30, 2019.)
