§ 59. Annual report The District shall prepare an annual report of its activities, including a financial statement, and submit the report no later than February 1 of each year to the legislative bodies of its member municipalities.

Severability Should any court of competent jurisdiction judge any phrase, clause, sentence, or provision of this chapter to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such judgment shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the chapter as a whole or any other part of this chapter.
