§18B-9A-2. Definitions

As used in this article and articles seven, eight and nine of this chapter, the following words have the meanings ascribed to them unless the context clearly indicates a different meaning: (1) “Classification system” means the process by which jobs, job titles, career ladders and assignment to pay grades are determined.
