§27-13-1. Laws Repealed

All other laws or parts of law inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed to the extent of any such inconsistency.

§27-13-2. Severability

If any provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the chapter which can be given effect without the invalid provision or its application, and to this end the provisions of this chapter are declared to be […]
