§47-15-5. Criminal Penalties

Any person who shall violate the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than three hundred nor more than $1,000, or confined in jail for a period not to exceed six months, or both.

§47-15-6. Severability

If any provision of this article is declared unconstitutional or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the Constitutionality of the remainder of the article and the applicability thereof to other persons and circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
