§5B-2D-1. Short Title

This article shall be known and may be cited as the “West Virginia Guaranteed Work Force Program.”

§5B-2D-2. Definitions

As used in this article, the following words and terms have the following meanings unless the context indicates another or different meaning or intent: (1) "WVDO" means the West Virginia Development Office;

§5B-2D-6. Reporting

(a) The office shall file a report with the Legislature, the Legislative Oversight commission on workforce investment for economic development and the Governor at the end of each fiscal year, commencing June 30, 1990.
