§5H-1-2. First Responder Survivor Benefit

(a) Terms. — For the purposes of this article, the following terms have the following meanings: (1) “Emergency responder” means a paid or volunteer firefighter, EMS personnel, law-enforcement agency personnel, or Division of Forestry personnel.
