§8-1-2. Definitions of Terms

8-1-2. Definitions of terms. (a) For the purpose of this chapter: (1) “Municipality” is a word of art and shall mean and include any Class I, Class II, and Class III city, and any Class IV town or village, heretofore or hereafter incorporated as a municipal corporation under the laws of this state;
