Section 1-8-102 – Order of Hearing.

1-8-102. Order of hearing. All cases shall be heard in the order in which they stand on the trial docket unless the court otherwise directs. The court may hear a motion at any time and may prescribe by rule the time of hearing motions.

Section 1-8-103 – Copy of Docket for Bar.

1-8-103. Copy of docket for bar. The clerk shall make a copy of the trial docket for the use of the bar.
