A certified copy of a license may be procured by the holder of the original upon payment of one dollar ($1.00), and the original or certified copy of the license shall be posted during sale periods in a conspicuous place on the premises where the livestock market is conducted.

The executive officer of the board may make or have an investigation made of the sales and transactions of any livestock market and the conditions under which its business is conducted. Every livestock market shall be maintained in a sanitary condition, and that portion which is used for handling hogs shall be cleaned and disinfected after each day’s sales with disinfectant approved by the board, under the supervision of a veterinarian authorized by the board.
