27-5-108. Punitive action prohibited; penalty. Any employer who takes or threatens punitive action against any employee who refuses to work more than eight (8) hours in any twenty-four (24) hour period, except as provided by W.S. 27-5-102, is guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to the penalty provided by W.S. 27-5-110.
