§ 24-2-301. Definitions

As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Eligible retirement system” means the retirement system in which the employee is eligible for membership; (2) “Employer” means an employing state agency or an employing school district; and (3) “Retirement system of record” means the system that holds an erroneous membership.
